Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Zocdoc (Appointment Booking)

Google Fonts
Our website loads custom fonts (Poppins, Montserrat) from Google Fonts. When you load these fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of the font delivery service. This is separate from analytics. Google's privacy policy governs this data collection: google.com/policies/privacy/.
Cloudflare CDN
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and assets are served through Cloudflare's CDN. Cloudflare may set cookies (such as __cf cookies) for performance and security purposes. Images and media are hosted on Cloudflare R2. You can review Cloudflare's privacy practices at cloudflare.com/privacy/.
Jotform (Privacy Rights Requests)
We use Jotform's HIPAA-compliant form platform to process "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" requests. Information you submit through this form is encrypted and stored securely. Jotform's privacy practices are available at jotform.com/privacy/.
Financing Partners
We provide links to financing options including Cherry, Sunbit, and CareCredit. These are third-party services. If you apply for financing, you will be directed to their websites and are subject to their privacy policies. We do not transmit your personal information to these services; you voluntarily enter information on their platforms.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, as required by law. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA. When we detect a GPC signal, analytics and marketing cookies will not be set, and Google Analytics will not be loaded for your session.
For "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals: while there is no universal standard for DNT, we treat DNT signals with the same respect as GPC signals and will suppress analytics tracking when a DNT signal is detected.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for one year unless we need to keep them for legal compliance. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the default GA4 retention period). Cookie consent preferences are stored locally on your device and persist until you clear your browser data. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us immediately.
